Firstly, the package arrived a day earlier than expected, which was surprising but appreciated. The card came in a box with bubble wrap, inside another box, inside another foam box. Upon opening, I had no doubt that the box was properly handled at all points along its journey. The card itself is beautiful as far as my taste goes, and only uses a 6-pin power connector, which I was glad to see. BUT, for whatever reason, the fans do not feature a completely-off option when idling, which honestly surprised me. They are noticeable in a quiet room when idling and even worse when not. Regardless, I don't even notice any sound from my PC because I wear headphones, so it really doesn't matter to me. As for performance, it runs wonderfully. After purchasing the 3GB model, I had some worry as to if I would have frame rate stutters from lack of VRAM, but in all the games I have played on it (CS:GO, Farcry 4, Payday 2, Hearts of Iron IV, ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead, and more) have easily been able to play on max settings at 60 FPS (or higher), with only ArmA 2 and Hearts of Iron IV struggling due to my lackluster CPU, the i3-6100. Overall, I have had very few problems and I would recommend their cards and brand to more people.
TL;DR: Good looking card, good performance, no 0% fan speed.
-1 Star for no 0% fan speed
